Overview
Let’s Toko supplies authentic Asian ingredients to restaurants, caterers and food businesses across Belgium, from sauces, spices and noodles to frozen dim sum and fresh produce.
I designed and built the site on WordPress and WooCommerce as a professional catalogue rather than a shop: every product with its article number and price, filters and category tabs to find things fast, a registration flow for businesses with manual approval, category-based pricing for approved accounts, and the whole site in English and Dutch.

The challenge
Professional kitchens order differently from home cooks. They need to find specific products quickly, see the trade price that applies to them and order the way they already do, by phone or WhatsApp. A standard web shop with a cart and checkout would have fought how Let's Toko actually works.
A large, changing range
Hundreds of products across frozen, dry and fresh goods had to stay easy to browse as new lines arrive.
Prices by customer type
Restaurants, caterers and shops buy on different terms, so pricing had to follow the customer, not just the product.
Two languages
Belgian kitchens work in Dutch and English, and the whole catalogue had to work in both.
Ordering the way kitchens do
Chefs order by phone and WhatsApp, so the site had to support that instead of forcing a checkout.
Give professional kitchens a catalogue they can search in seconds, show each approved business the right price automatically, and keep ordering personal, by WhatsApp, email or form.
Site structure
A catalogue anyone can browse, and a clear path for businesses to register and get their pricing.

What I did
The homepage says who Let's Toko supplies and how, with buttons to view products or register as a business customer, and a strip of key facts: free delivery in Limburg, collection at the shop, trade pricing and the size of the catalogue.

The B2B page explains what businesses get: authentic ingredients, delivery for professionals, business pricing once approved and reliable supply, with delivery terms at a glance.

A short B2B FAQ covers who can register, how pricing works, delivery areas and how to place an order.

Every page, menu and product is available in Dutch as well as English, with a language switch in the header.

Brand
Built around the hand-lettered logo: chilli red for every action and price, deep soy brown for the footer, and a clean grey and white catalogue that lets the product photos do the work, all in Manrope.
