Duragran FX

A bold, industrial website for a polyaspartic floor coating system and roofing patch kit: it explains why the coating beats epoxy, shows where it is used, puts the warranty front and centre, and backs it all with a gallery of real installs.

Overview

Duragran FX is a single-day polyaspartic coating system for concrete floors, built on the same polyurethane chemistry used on commercial roofs, plus a detail repair kit for roofs and waterproofing. It is installed by approved contractors in warehouses, kitchens, garages, showrooms and parking decks.

I designed and built the website on WordPress and Elementor: a dark, industrial look with safety orange accents, pages for the coating system, the warranty and the patch kit, a large project gallery and a contact form for quotes.

The challenge

Most buyers already know epoxy floors, and they know epoxy chips, peels and yellows. Duragran FX needed a site that explains, quickly and convincingly, why a different coating is worth it, and proves the claims with real installs and a written warranty.

  • A technical product

Polyaspartic chemistry, UV stability and flexibility had to be explained without losing facility managers in jargon.

  • Beating the default

Epoxy is what most buyers expect, so the site had to compare the two directly and honestly.

  • Proof, not promises

Durability claims needed evidence: industry standards, typical applications and photos of finished floors.

  • Two products, one brand

The floor coating and the roof patch kit serve different buyers but had to sit under one clear brand.

The goal

Show why Duragran FX beats epoxy, prove it with real projects and a clear warranty, and turn interest into quote requests.

Site structure

Every page answers one buyer question, from what the coating is to whether it is covered.

What I did

  1. The homepage opens with the core claim: floors installed in a single day, tougher than epoxy, with a no-crack warranty, and one clear button to get in touch.

A hero that makes the promise
  2. A short section explains the technology in plain points (cold-applied, no flames or odours, self-levelling, UV-stable) above a row of industry partner and standards logos.

    What makes it different
  3. Typical applications, from warehouses and automotive bays to commercial kitchens, healthcare labs and parking decks, sit next to the warranty badge.

    Where it works
  4. The warranty page sets out exactly what is covered and what is not, so contractors and owners know where they stand before they buy.

    A warranty page that reassures
  5. The roofing patch kit gets its own page with product highlights, everything in the kit, compatible surfaces and step-by-step instructions.

    The patch kit, explained
  6. A large gallery of finished installs (kitchens, washrooms, stairs, fire stations and warehouse aisles) shows the coating in real buildings.
