AAA Marketing Hub

A website I designed and built for AAA Marketing Hub, a Hong Kong digital marketing agency: three service hubs leading to 20 service pages, a four-step process, FAQs grouped by project stage, and a contact page that makes it easy to book a meeting.

Overview

AAA Marketing Hub is a full-service digital marketing agency in Hong Kong, founded by Heinz Ahlborn and based at Lippo Centre. It builds websites and runs SEO and online marketing for small and medium-sized businesses.

I designed and built the agency’s website on WordPress and Elementor: a homepage that says who the agency is and what it does in seconds, three service hubs that lead to 20 detailed service pages, FAQs grouped by stage of a project, and a contact page with a meeting request form, WhatsApp and a map.

The challenge

An agency's own website is its first sample of work. AAA Marketing Hub offers a long list of services across web design, SEO and marketing, and visitors needed to grasp what the agency does at a glance, then find the exact service they need without wading through everything else.

  • A long list of services

Website builds, hosting, security, SEO, content and social media all had to fit in a structure that stays easy to scan.

  • A first impression that counts

For an agency selling websites, the site itself is the proof. It had to look polished and load well on phones.

  • Answers before the call

Clients ask the same questions about price, timelines and ownership, so the site needed to answer them before anyone picks up the phone.

  • An easy first step

Some visitors prefer a form, others a call or WhatsApp. Every route had to be one tap away.

The goal

Show visitors what the agency does within seconds, give every service a clear home, and make it easy to start a conversation.

Site structure

Three service hubs, each with its own detail pages, plus the pages that build trust and start a conversation.

What I did

  1. The hero says who AAA Marketing Hub is, what it does and where, before anyone scrolls, with a free consultation button and the office address, phone number and WhatsApp in the top bar.

A homepage built on the five-second rule
  2. Right below the hero, the agency's three pillars (web design and development, on-page SEO and content, and off-page SEO and social media) each get a card that leads to the matching service hub.

Three areas of expertise up front
  3. Website development splits into initial set-up services and ongoing maintenance services, with 11 detail pages from custom website design and WordPress development to security, speed, hosting and domains.

Service hubs that lead to detail pages
  4. The SEO and marketing hubs follow the same card layout, so every service has its own page: local SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, SEO audits, content marketing, blog writing and social media.

SEO and marketing, laid out the same way
  5. The services page walks clients through how a project runs, from the initial consultation and tailored proposal to project execution and a final review before launch.

    A clear four-step process
  6. Questions sit in five groups (before the project, during the project, after the project, your new website, and all things technical), so clients find answers about quotes, timelines, ownership and hosting quickly.

    FAQs grouped by project stage
  7. The contact page pairs a message form, which also asks for a preferred date and time for an online meeting, with the office address, phone, email, working hours, social links and a map.

Every way to get in touch
